Return & Refund Policy – Tazila

At Tazila, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

SECTION 1 — 30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items with manufacturing or printing defects.
  • Products damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect items received.
  • Orders lost in transit (with valid shipping address provided).
  • Orders that exceed the estimated delivery window by a significant margin.

Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
  • Unauthorized or overdue return requests will not be accepted.

SECTION 2 — Non-Returnable Cases

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Wrong size selection by the customer.
  • Change of mind or dislike of the product design if it meets our quality standards.
  • Orders still within normal production and shipping timeframes.
  • Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
  • Shipments marked “Delivered” by the carrier but claimed as not received.

SECTION 3 — Order Cancellation & Address Changes

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production begins, as all items are made-to-order. However, you may cancel your order free of charge within 4 hours of placement.
  • If a cancellation is requested and possible after the 4-hour window but before the item has shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied to cover processing costs.
  • Requests to update shipping addresses must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement and before fulfillment begins.
  • To request a cancellation or address change, please email support@tazila.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” or “Address Change Request” in the subject line.

SECTION 4 — Refund & Replacement Process

To file a claim, please email support@tazila.com within 30 days of delivery with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
  • Clear photo or video evidence showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Processing Timeline:

  • Claims are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
  • If approved, refunds or replacements are processed within 2 business days.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
  • For returns, customers must receive approval and return shipping instructions before sending items back. Do not ship items without prior authorization.

SECTION 5 — Return Shipping Costs

Tazila covers all return shipping costs, including any storage or handling fees, for eligible returns. There are no fees charged to customers for returning items, regardless of the reason for the return.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product, incorrect item, or fulfillment error), Tazila will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs upon approval of your return.

SECTION 6 — Exchanges

  • Before Purchase: We kindly ask you to review all order details—such as size, design, and quantity—thoroughly before completing your purchase.
  • No Direct Exchanges: We are unable to process direct exchanges for different items, sizes, or designs if an error was made in these selections during ordering.
  • Alternative – Cancellation & Reorder: If you realize you’ve made an error and need to change your order, you may cancel your original order within 4 hours of placement (see “Order Cancellation & Address Changes” above) and place a new order with the correct details.
  • Assistance: Our support team is available to help clarify any questions you might have before you place your order via support@tazila.com.

SECTION 7 — Substitutions

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase:

  • We may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value in a comparable style/size.
  • Customers will be notified before any substitution is processed.
  • If no suitable alternative is available, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.

SECTION 8 — Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days after confirmation.
  • Return inspections (if required) may take up to 2–3 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
  • The refunded amount will include the original shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase, unless the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong size selection).
  • Refund Delays: If you haven’t received your refund within 10–15 business days after our confirmation, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a processing delay. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@tazila.com.

SECTION 9 — Customer Responsibility for Sizing

To help minimize return requests, we provide a detailed size chart on each product page. Please carefully check your measurements before placing an order.

  • Compare sizing with a similar item you already own.
  • If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
