Return & Refund Policy – Tazila
At Tazila, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
SECTION 1 — 30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee
You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Items with manufacturing or printing defects.

Products damaged during transit.

Incorrect items received (wrong design, wrong size sent vs ordered).

Orders lost in transit (with a valid shipping address provided).
Requirements:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Unauthorized return requests will not be accepted.
SECTION 2 — Customer Responsibilities & Non-Returnable Items
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we encourage customers to double-check their order details before finalizing. Tazila provides support for various issues; however, the customer is responsible for the following cases:

Sizing Issues: As our products are made-to-order, please consult our Size Chart carefully before purchasing. If a sizing error occurs due to customer selection, we cannot offer a free replacement, but we are happy to provide a discount for a re-order.

Change of Mind: We strive for design accuracy. If a product meets our high-quality standards but you have a change of mind or personal preference regarding the design, it is not eligible for a full refund.

Shipping Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We cannot provide refunds for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided to us.

Delivered but Missing Packages: If the carrier marks a package as “Delivered” to the address provided, but it is missing or stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for a claim. Tazila is not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery, though we will assist with any tracking information needed for your claim.
SECTION 3 — Order Cancellation & Address Changes

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placement.

Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is requested after the 12-hour window but before the item has shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied to cover processing costs. Once production has started or the item has shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Address Changes: Requests to update shipping addresses must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement.

SECTION 4 — Refund & Replacement Process
To file a claim, please email support@tazila.com within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number.

Proof of purchase.

Clear photo or video evidence showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
Processing Timeline:

Claims are reviewed within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will send you a replacement (free of charge) or process a refund.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Do not ship items back without prior authorization.
SECTION 5 — Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Error: If the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item sent), Tazila will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

Customer Preference: In the rare event that a return is approved for reasons other than a defect (e.g., customer error), the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs. We do not charge any additional restocking fees ($0.00).
SECTION 6 — Exchanges

No Direct Exchanges: Because our items are print-on-demand, we do not offer direct exchanges for size or color.

Recommendation: Please review our size chart thoroughly before purchasing. If you made a mistake, please contact us within the 4-hour cancellation window to update your order.
SECTION 7 — Substitutions
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase:

We may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value in a comparable style/size.

Customers will be notified before any substitution is processed.

If no suitable alternative is available, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.
SECTION 8 — Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days after confirmation.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Refund Amount: If the return is due to our error, we will refund the full amount including original shipping costs. If the return is due to customer preference (if approved), the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Delays: If you haven’t received your refund within 5–10 business days, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@tazila.com.
SECTION 9 — No Restocking Fee

Tazila does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
