7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes. You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placement. If a cancellation is requested after the 12-hour window but before the item has shipped, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied to cover processing costs. Once production has started or the item has shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Requests to update shipping addresses must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement.
