2. Placing Orders

When you place an order on Tazila, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, address, email, and payment details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to inaccuracies, suspected fraud, or unavailability of products.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, our production process begins, and changes may not be possible. Please contact our support team at support@tazila.com immediately if you need assistance.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them or cancel orders affected by such errors.

3. Payments

We accept payments via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize Tazila to charge the total order amount, including taxes and shipping fees, at the time of purchase.

Prices displayed on Tazila are in US dollar and exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout. In case of payment disputes, please contact us at support@tazila.com within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Tazila offers worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method, which will be displayed at checkout. Standard production time is 3-7 business days, with delivery typically taking 5-15 business days thereafter, depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page. Tazila is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Tazila home decor. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to return:

  • Contact our support team at support@tazila.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
