Shipping Policy
At Tazila, we are committed to delivering your orders reliably, quickly, and globally. We offer international shipping to all countries where postal services are available, with no geographic restrictions—unless limited by local laws or unavoidable circumstances.
Order Processing Schedule
• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding major public holidays.
• Depending on item type or production workflow, products in the same order may ship separately.
Production Time Estimates
Our products are made to order to ensure quality and accuracy. Estimated production times are as follows:
• Standard apparel: 5–7 business days
• Embroidered, sublimated, handmade items or mugs: 5–10 business days
Please note: During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), production may take additional time.
Shipping Time Estimates
• United States: 5–7 business days after production
• International Orders: 4–21 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing
Total estimated delivery time (US): typically 10–14 business days from order placement
Shipping timeframes may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.
Shipping Destinations – Worldwide Coverage
We proudly ship to all countries and regions, except where shipping is restricted by law or suspended by the postal system.
PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
• We support delivery to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• Please be aware:
o Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes. Available shipping methods may vary.
o Shipments to APO/FPO will follow standard military postal procedures, and tracking may be limited after entering the military system.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on:
• Destination country
• Package weight and dimensions
• Selected shipping method
All costs are shown transparently before you complete your purchase.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your package has not arrived within 31 business days of the estimated delivery date, or if your tracking shows no movement for an extended period:
• Please contact us immediately.
• We will investigate with the shipping carrier and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
Package Marked “Delivered” But Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:
1. Check your mailbox, porch, building manager, and with household members or neighbors.
2. If still not located, contact us within 7 business days from the marked delivery date.
3. We will coordinate with the carrier. If non-delivery is confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes based on the destination country’s regulations.
• These fees are not included in your order total.
• Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs or import charges upon delivery.
Address Accuracy Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order.
• Tazila is not liable for packages undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Customers will bear any reshipping costs in such cases.
Multiple and Split Shipments
• Orders placed on the same day may be processed and shipped separately.
• We are unable to combine multiple orders into one shipment or split a single order for delivery to multiple addresses.
• If you need items shipped to different locations, please place separate orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier details so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Shipping Within the United States
We partner with trusted U.S. carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and dependable delivery across the United States.
• Standard shipping time (after production): 5–7 business days
• Total estimated time from order to delivery: 10–14 business days
• Shipping timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons such as holidays, Black Friday, or other promotional events.
